To be love you must first love and care for thyself.
Once you love and care for thyself, you will experience that by loving and caring for others you are not but loving and caring for your other self, for thyself.
Love yourself as if you were another.
Care for others as if they were yourself.
Love others as if they were yourself.
Care yourself as if you were another.
Helping others is the same as helping oneself.
Loving others is the same as loving oneself.
Loving others as yourself is to treat them as not other than yourself.
