Reminder

The Sun is a daily reminder that we too can rise again from the darkness, that we too can shine our own light.

Let us always remember that we do not know anything,

to let our inner beauty unfold;

to live here in now;

to remain neither young nor old; to see without seeing;

to hear the silence;

to be love;

to live in magic flow;

to see me in you;

to be one with you;

being, without doing anything.

It is only when I think I know, that

the magic stops;

the expectation grows;

the age shows;

the appearances deceive the eye;

the sound does not let me listen;

the mind controls;

the masquerades cover our souls; the beauty stops;

the doing shadows my being; taking me away from you

Let us always remember that we are souls,

learning from experience;

feel the flame of life within;

burning from the inside out;

trusting the plan;

knowing we can take it all;

believing in the process;

wondering in our personal journey;

supported by the whole universe;

connected and intertwined;

walking each other back home.

It is only when we believe we are our bodies,

that our light within fades;

that we struggle;

that we navigate without direction;

that we are diluted;

that we are lonely;

that we feel lost.
