Poem: O Eostre, O Hare

Writer: MY HaySarMY HaySar

Awaken, O soul,

to the turning of time,

The wheel that whispers,

in rhythms divine.

The day and the night,

now stand hand in hand,

Balanced in beauty,

a moment so grand.

May Eostre with Hare,

rise again,

With fire of dawn,

in their radiant eyes.

May they weave the winds,

the roots, and the rain,

And teach us the songs of the earth,

once again.

May they stir in our hearts,

the old magic deep,

Where rivers remember,

and mountains keep

The wisdom of ages,

the secrets untold,

Of cycles returning,

of legends of joy.

May love be the light

that guides us anew,

A warmth that embraces

the many, the few.

For all that has breath

is sacred, is wise-

The hawk in the heavens,

the worm where it lies.

Teach us, Eostre,

of your infinite worth,

Of treasures that lie not in gold,

but in birth-

The bloom of the blossom,

the dance of the trees,

The hush of the twilight,

the hum of the bees.

May we never forget,

not in haste,

nor in greed,

That the roots of all life

are woven with need.

Not master nor ruler,

but kin shall we be,

Walking in friendship,

both humble and free.

So turn with the wheel,

O children of light,

Dance in the dawn,

rejoice in the night.

For spring has returned,

the balance is here-

A promise of life,

of growth,

and of cheer.

May we honor the past,

embrace what is to come,

Sing to the stars,

beating our beloved drum.

For the magic of nature

is written in stone,

In leaf and in shadow,

in marrow and bone.
