Who looks outside dreams.
Who looks inside awakes.
(Carl Jung)

Observing with detachment and without judgement how everything unfolds in perfection.
Observing my own self, I observe the observer.
Observing the observer, I observe his feelings, emotions, beliefs, stories and dramas unfolding.
While observing my own self, I am in the here and now.
Observing in the here and now, I am detached, I do not absorb.
If I cease to observe in the here and now, I am attached to the observer, of what was or what might be.
Absorbing, I become the feelings, emotions, beliefs, stories and dramas of the observer.
I make them real, I become the observer I was observing.
They are not me.
They are my creation.
They are a story, my story.
They are not me.
Observing them, I detach from my own story and its drama.
They are not me, neither I am they.
Detached, observing without judgement, I find my own self.
I am that I am.
I cease to be what I believe I was and become what I am.
I am love.
I am light.
Observing, I see myself, from within.
Observing, I see without seeing.
Observing, I hear without hearing.
Observing, I am observing the observer.
Observe do not absorb.
Observe the drama unfold.
Be here and now.
I believe so, and so it is/
