Within me are the emotions, the drama, the passionate self living my own reality distorted from what is.
If I let myself be those emotions, then you will see my own version of myself.
Unless I separate my own self from the emotions that I feel, I will have to live in the illusion I created.
That is not me, that is not real, but if I believe it is, then it shall be.
That shall be me, if I want that to be me, even if it is not.
When I separate myself from my emotions, then I can access what I am, what we all are, the nous.
When I cease to be my emotions and become my own true self, then I access the nous.
When I am, we all are.
The nous allows me to be the I am, my own self, one with the whole.
When I am in the nous , then I can see clearly, my mind is open to it all, I can access and can understand all this is.
When I am in the nous, then all is possible, there is no difference between me and you, we all become we, we are all nous.
The nous brings us together.
When I connect and reach nous, then I become one with you and the whole, we are all one, as we are.
I observe my emotions. I see them for what they are. I give them as much space as they require.
I do not react. I do not let them decide for me.
I let them be themselves and let me be nous.
I give myself space to decide with nous and for nous.
With nous I have access to everything there is.
I see past those emotions stemming from myself and from others to see my own self and your true self, to be the nous.
The nous in me, the nous in you, the nous that binds us all.
By accessing the nous I become one with the whole.
With a clear mind and an open heart, I feed myself from the eternal source of wisdom in all of nous.
