When it comes to the beauty of nature, time stops, the space becomes silent and the soul falls asleep while awake!
(Mehmet Murat İldan)
We are reconnecting with nature, and sharing our experiences wishing some of these might assist others in reconnecting with nature.
Reconnecting with nature begins by reconnecting with our own true nature.
Reconnecting with our own true nature requires that we remember who we really are, leaving aside all that we think we are, to assume our true self, to be ourselves, naturally.
Being our own true self is equivalent to acting naturally.
We are acting, because it is part of this experience.
We are acting, because we need to express ourselves using our bodies and to be who we really are, we must learn to refrain from being what we think we are.
The less we are who we think we are, the more natural our actions are and feel.
It is then, when we are connected with our true nature, that we are who we really are.
It is then, that everything we are constitutes an expression of our own true nature.
Our actions may or may not have a meaning to us or to others. We may or others may give them a certain meaning.
Meaningful or meaningless, they never lack meaning, they are part of our own process.
The more natural those actions stem from our true self and being, the closer we will be to our own true nature, and the more our true nature will be expressing itself through our own self.
Naturally, the less you think about it, the better,
just be without doing anything.
Naturally, allow the natural flow of the universe to be through your self,
let everything go.
Naturally, it may take some effort to cease doing and just being,
until the time comes and you let yourself be,
effortlessly,
naturally.
I believe so, and so it is/
