Here we are, holding space.
It feels like it.
Rivers flow through our bodies, and we anchor to that light stemming from within.
Holding space. The first time we heard of it, it was said naturally and everyone seemed to understand, we nodded without knowing what it meant, but feeling right about it, someone was offering to hold the space for us, we felt gratitude and allowed things to flow and be.
Now it is our turn to hold space, not for someone in particular, but for something in general.
By holding space, we allow something to manifest freely, in confidence, securely, to breathe, find its way, find others, reconnect, reflect, pause, connect and honour nature, its true nature and all its relations, observing, while being observed in absolute respect for who you are and not for what you do or believe.
Holding space is a sacrifice that makes the space and bonds created sacred.
We are all connected and we are all one.
Our bodies hold space within ourselves for us to manifest, by holding space we allow the flow of things to be transformed by catharsis, in metanoia.
To hold space we do not need to do anything, just be everything we are, in service.
We are love, acceptance, presence, empathy, and compassion, without judgement, without control, without thinking, without doing, without speaking, we are here for others, just being ourselves.
By making space, we create something anew. We allow everything to flow within.
We make space and hold it until that something anew has filled it, it may be an idea, a thought, a feeling, a sensation, an intuition, a manifestation, a realisation.
We hold the space until that something appears, and without judgement, we let it integrate, manifest and reveal itself, maybe to ourselves, maybe to others, maybe to us all. We trust and patiently wait, we surrender to what is.
That space is being held for us all.
Each and everyone of us is welcomed to enter and rejoice.
Forget who you believed you were.
Forget everything you have been told.
Believe to see what is.
Awaken from the illusion.
Enjoy living heaven on earth.
We have you. We are here for you.
Remember who you are.
Be love.
We are all one.
I believe so, and so it is/
