Gratitude

Gratitude is the wine of the soul.

Go on. Get drunk!

(Rumi)

Whatever was is not more.

Whatever will be does not exist.

Everything happens for a reason, in perfection.

We are here and now, sharing, loving, being.

You are here and now reading, loving, being.

Nothing to do, nothing to expect.

No longings, no regrets, nothing at all, just love and gratitude, that is all.

We are grateful for everything that was as it was.

We are grateful for everything that will be as it will be.

We are grateful for being here and now.

We are loving gratitude.

We may want to label something as good or bad or indifferent or important or relevant or irrelevant based on our our limited view of what we think is the truth, our own version of the truth, product and consequence of our history, our singular and unique perception of our reality.

We may feel the need to impose such reality to others, as we do to ourselves.

We may want to judge what was, what is and what shall be.

We may want to judge our life as well as the life of others.

We may even want to judge a moment, a year, a time for what we think or believe it was.

That is up to each one of us to decide.

Shall I judge?

Shall I accept what is?

It does not really matter what we think of it as it is what it is. But we feel as if it mattered, as if what we think mattered. Our rightfulness. Our truth above all. The trick, the trap, the illusion.

That is why it does matter what we think, even if it does not matter at all.

Based on what we believe, and judging our life and the life of others as such, we create and develop a story, imposing such story upon ourselves and those around us.

Judging us and others separates us from our inner self and from the whole, from what is.

By judging, we divide, separate, live under an illusion construed based on our perception of our reality and sense of rightfulness, alienating ourselves from our true nature, from our inner selves, from the whole, from the I am, from the what is.

If rather than trying to figure if something was, is or will be good, bad, indifferent, important, relevant or irrelevant, judging what is based on our perception of reality, why don't we substitute this feelings and merely are grateful?

You are everything.

Can you see it?

Can you feel it?

Our lack of love and gratitude for who we are is the source of our suffering.

Our need to judge ourselves and others makes us feel we need to be who we are not and hence our suffering.

No need to regret what is not.

No need to separate, divide, alienate.

No need to judge what is.

No need to do anything.

Just be love.

Just be gratitude.

Just be and let it be.

I am grateful for what is.

I am loving gratitude.

I am here and now.

We are grateful for what is.

We are loving gratitude.

We are here and now.

We are all one.

We are walking each other home.

Here and now.

Irrespective of what was or what may be.

Live it. Love it. Feel grateful for what is.

It is what it is. Here and now.

I believe so, and so be it/
