To the Creator, for the ultimate gift of life,

I thank you.

To the mineral nation that has built and maintained my bones and all foundations of life experience,

I thank you.

To the plant nation that sustains my organs and body and gives me healing herbs for sickness,

I thank you.

To the animal nation that feeds me from your own flesh and offers your loyal companionship in this walk of life,

I thank you.

To the human nation that shares my path as a soul upon the sacred wheel of Earthly life,

I thank you.

To the Spirit nation that guides me invisibly through the ups and downs of life and for carrying the torch of light through the Ages,

I thank you.

To the Four Winds of Change and Growth,

I thank you.

To the Great Spirits of Light, Love, Spirit and Creation in the Four Directions,

I thank you.

To the Great Spirit of Light that comes to me out of the Red East with the power of the rising sun, and all its totems and all its symbols, giving light to my words, to my path that I walk, giving the gift of a new day and never letting me be burdened with sorrow by not starting over again,

I thank you.

To the Great Spirit of Love that comes to me with the power of the White North, and all its totems and all its symbols, making me courageous when the cold wind falls upon me, giving me strength and endurance for everything that is harsh, everything that hurts, everything that makes me squint and letting me move through life ready to take what comes from the north,

I thank you.

To the Great Life-Giving Spirit facing the Black West, the direction of sundown, and all its totems and all its symbols, remembering every day that the moment will come when my sun will go down, never letting let me forget that I must fade into you, giving me a beautiful color, giving me a great sky for setting, so that when it is my time to meet you, I can come with glory,

I thank you.

To the Great Spirit of Creation sending me the warm and soothing winds from the Yellow South, and all its totems and all its symbols, comforting me and caressing me when I am tired and cold, unfolding me like the gentle breezes that unfolds the leaves on the trees, as you give to all the earth your warm, moving wind, you also give to me, so that I may grow close to you in warmth,

I thank you.

Man did not create the web of life, he is but a strand in it.

Whatever man does to the web, he does to himself.

You are all my relations,

my relatives,

without whom I would not live.

We are in the circle of life together,

co-existing,

co-dependent,

co-creating our destiny.

One,

not more important

than the other.

One nation evolving from the other

and yet,

each dependent,

upon the one above and the one below.

All of us a part of the Great Mystery.

I am your other self.

You are my other self.

We are all one.

Thank you for this Life.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Hecho está.

Hecho está.

Hecho está.
